Mike Balduzzi
Mike has a blend of over 30 years of executive level business development, strategic partnering and management experience. His background spans the telecom, cable, wireless, fiber, IPTV, content, modular data center and colocation markets.
Mike is a leader in modular turnkey data and power solutions. In his founding partner role at ePod Solutions, he has established strategic partnerships with the IT hardware, modular enclosure and mission critical infrastructure OEM providers. To execute the business model, he has established a network of market access partners, system integrators and reseller partners.
He is the founder of Accelerate Partners; a business development firm focused on early stage company launch. Accelerate Partners facilitates joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. He has served in executive business development roles for Canal+ Technologies, TII Network Technologies, Worldpipe, e.Spire, Illinois Super Conductor, CSS Antenna, and Achieve Networks. Prior to that, he served 10 years with Reliance Electric in management positions serving the telecommunications industry. His career started with United Telephone Company, where he led the nation in telecommunications hardware sales. Mike is a graduate of Shippensburg University.

Norm Hatmaker
For over 40 years Norm has served in every position of contracting management including managing partner and Chief Executive Officer. His experience in all aspects of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and service contracting brings unparalleled leadership to the ePod Solutions team. Norm’s emphasis on client relationships, strategic partnerships and hands on management style assures our customers of the highest quality critical infrastructure solutions and personnel. He is committed to customer satisfaction in every phase of the project.

Norm is a founding partner of ePod Solutions, heading up the project and construction management aspect. Prior to ePod, Norm founded and managed Red Dog Solutions a modular data center manufacturers rep firm. Norm has served as President and CEO for L.H Cranston & Sons, a mechanical and electrical contracting firm. He was the Director of the commercial division for James A Federline Inc; a mechanical contractor. Prior to his business career he was a missile radar and computer technician for the US Army. Norm attended the West Virginia Institute of Technology.
